Danville Thursday Night Street Festivals • July 10th AND August 7th, 6pm - 9pm

Discover Danville Association is hosting two evenings of street closures with music, and entertainment as merchants play host to an outdoor street festival- in a car-free environment.  The entire community is invited and encouraged to display their civic pride by shopping and dining locally on these two evenings. Whether it is sampling fine cuisine in an ambience that is uniquely Danville, perusing a specialty boutique, enjoying the sounds of roving musicians, or savoring a cup of coffee - come downtown and experience the essence that defines Danville.

11th Annual Art and Wine Stroll • August 21st 6-9pm

Enjoy a fun-filled evening of wine tasting, small bites from Danville restaurants, the latest offerings from our shops, live music, a commemorative wine glass and trolley rides during the 10th Annual Art and Wine Stroll in Danville.

Select businesses will stay open late to host some of our area’s finest wines as you stroll throughout downtown Danville and Danville Livery, enjoy live music and entertainment throughout the evening.

Tickets are $35 each and can be redeemed for wine glasses at each venue from 5:30-7:30pm the night of the event. Any remaining wine glasses will be available for sale from 6:30-7:30pm.

7th Annual Heartland Danville Antique and Art Faire • September 1st 9am-3pm

Discover Danville Association will host the Antique and Art Faire on Railroad Avenue. Antique retailers from the Tri-Valley and local artists will display their collectables for your shopping pleasure. The Museum of the San Ramon Valley will host an antique appraisal clinic, and for a nominal fee you can dust off those hidden treasures in your house and take them in for an appraisal.

Tinsel and Treasures Folk Art Faire • October 4th 11am-4pm

Come one! Come all! To discover amazing seasonal notions & novelties, whimsy & wonderment!

Discover a magical showcase of 35 renowned mixed-media artisans and creative spirits offering a diverse array of one-of-a-kind, original handmade works of art, jewelry, antique artifacts, hard to find vintage supplies, handbags, home décor, folk art, ceramics, children’s furnishings and both Halloween and Christmas holiday decorations. Each artist has their own signature style from funky or retro to fairyland finery …..Shoppers will find felted creatures, pet portraiture, hot air balloons, shell art, cased butterflies, clay figures, wisdom keepers, quilt patterns, fabrics, wearable art, leather goods, hair accessories, embellished journals, jewel boxes and even taxidermy.

8th Annual Spirit of Danville • November 13th 11am-8pm

Get into the Spirit! With the holiday season fast approaching, Danville merchants have come together for an evening of holiday cheer that will save you money while benefiting local charities.

Over 50 Danville merchants and restaurants will participate in this magical event to kick-start the holiday shopping season. There will also be free Trolley rides from 5pm-8pm to shuttle you between Downtown, The Livery, The Rose Garden and Blackhawk Plaza. This is your chance to take advantage of money-saving offers, deep discounts on dining out and a whole lot of holiday cheer. Some merchants will be serving hot cider, cookies, holiday ornaments and other free gifts.
